Sustainability
At Kate Lodge Bridal, I believe that beautiful hair and a thoughtful approach can go hand in hand.
Sustainability is an important part of how I run my business, and I am committed to making conscious choices that reduce environmental impact while maintaining a luxury, professional service for every client.
A considered, local approach
Being based just five minutes from Crockwell Farm allows me to significantly reduce travel for weddings held at the venue.
Where possible, I also plan my bookings carefully to minimise unnecessary journeys and keep my work as efficient and low-impact as possible.
Products I trust
I exclusively use Natulique products within my bridal kit.
Natulique is known for its focus on natural, certified organic ingredients and more responsible, ethical production — allowing me to create beautiful, long-lasting styles without compromising on quality or values.
Thoughtful working practices
Across every booking, I aim to work in a way that is both efficient and mindful. This includes:
• Using only what is needed for each service to minimise waste
• Reducing single-use items wherever possible
• Recycling packaging and materials where appropriate
•Maintaining a well-organised kit to avoid unnecessary product use
Looking ahead
As a small, service-based business, my environmental impact is already relatively low — but I am committed to continually improving.
Going forward, I aim to:
• Keep travel distances minimal wherever possible
• Continue using products that align with sustainable and ethical standards
• Reduce waste further within my day-to-day work
• Stay informed on more sustainable practices within the hair industry
A shared approach
Working with venues such as Crockwell Farm that prioritise sustainability is something I truly value.
I’m proud to be part of a community that is taking steps towards a more conscious and responsible wedding industry.
